General Settings:
The world might not yet be your playground but DoSelect sure is. Play around with these settings and put your best work forward.
Duration: Edit the test's duration.
Cut-off Percentage: Set the cut-off percentage depending upon your requirements.
Instructions: Add specific test instructions that would need to be displayed on the test's front page.
Difficulty level: Set the difficulty level to help categorise your tests.
Tags: Add relevant tags to each test and segregate based on technologies.
Advanced Settings:
Because who doesn't love more control over their work?
Add Public Access URL: You can create a publicly accessible link for your test and share it with candidates. Optionally, you can password-protect it too.
Candidate Data Settings: You can collect custom information from a candidate. This data would also be a part of the test report.
If you've enabled DoSelect profile completion, you will be able to see additional data about the candidate's social footprints from sources like GitHub and StackOverflow. (Note: All the fields will be mandatory in the candidate's form.)
Enable Secure Mode: You can enable Secure mode or Webcam proctoring by selecting the respective check-boxes.
Change Time Settings: You can specify the test access window (time frame between the start and end time) during which the test will be accessible to the candidates.
For example, if you set starting time as 10th January, 6 AM and ending time as 12th January, 6 PM it means that a candidate can access the test only during the above time-frame.
Important: Make sure you save your settings (Save Details) before moving ahead.
Edit Reporting Settings: You can add multiple administrators to a test by specifying their email ids. Adding them as administrators will enable them to receive the report of every candidate.
You can enable the function of sharing the reports automatically after each test. You can also add a customised note or message that will be sent after the test ends.
Important: Don't forget to save your settings (Save Details) before moving ahead.
Invitation Settings: This functionality only works when you are sending invites manually.
You can add a customised message, or mention important instructions for the test which will be sent with the email invite.
Control Expiry of Invites: You can also set the expiration for an invite sent to a candidate.
Test Reminders: Set reminders for candidates a day before the test so you can achieve a higher invite-to-test conversion.
