A help support is a resource intended to provide the customer with information and support related to a company's or institution's products and services. The purpose of a help desk is usually to troubleshoot problems or provide guidance about products.
- Go to your dashboard and click on your profile.
- Click on Help to move ahead to the help support page.
- Enter your doubt at the search table, and there you go you are done.

- Team Members and Admins can access this feature.
